Weathering the storm

April 13, 2020 | Company News, In the Field

Lately, one thing has been made very clear to all of us at IQ…we are determined to “weather the storm.”  Despite the ever growing challenges we are all currently facing, our latest linear subdivision (Meadows Place) is rolling right along.  This project is moving at a quickening pace thanks to better weather and almost zero delays in our industry. All seven homes are finally vertical and the timing could not be better.  We continue to have growing interest in these homes as they reach varying degrees of completion.

Here’s the run down of our Meadows Place Subdivision:

Lot #1 is the Sullivan plan – A traditional style home with a modern farm house feel comes with a huge rec-room above the family room.

Lots #1, #2 & #3 were combined to make lots #1 and #3 larger, I am not skipping lot #2…there isn’t one.

Lot #3 is a custom plan – This plan was custom designed for one of our customers, we are all anxiously looking forward to seeing this custom home unfold.

Lot #4 is one of our most popular plans the Burnside – with a courtyard entry and high gable roofs in the front elevation the curb appeal of this plan is amazing.

Lot #5 the Farmstead – The Farmstead plan continues to grow in popularity due in part to its large kitchen and family room area but also the modern farmhouse feel you get from the large front porch.

Lot #6 boasts the Birch plan – The master bedroom in this plan is must see, tons of room, a double entry door and a huge walk-in closet.

Lot #7 The Sullivan – Again, this home has everything lot #1 has to offer but…with an unfinished basement!

Lot #8 – The Magnolia Plan – This plan was custom designed for a repeat customer with a large family.  This house has a fully finished basement.

More pics to come as we get closer to finishing this project!
