Initial Meeting
Let's learn more about each other and see if we will be a good partnership.
Plans & Pricing
Time to take a look at the customers plan or help them pick and/or design a plan.
Contract
We have bid every detail of your home and are ready to present the customer with a price to build.
Selection Process
The “fun” part, the customer gets to choose all the finishes for their new home.
Pre-Construction
Your house box is staked, permits are applied for & pulled and your lot is cleared and graded for construction.
Construction
Your home is being built per your plans and finished with your chosen selections.
Post-Construction
Each customer walks their finished home before closing so we can “punch out” any minor imperfections before you move in. Once the punch out list is complete your home is professionally cleaned so you can enjoy your move in day!
