It wasn’t too long ago that one of our team members, (Ben Hammill) began designing and drawing a custom farmhouse plan for our company (IQ Custom Construction) to build.  We intended for this home to be a spec, but in the end the perfect family found us in in the beginning stages of this new project.  We have since finished this new home for our customer and they just can’t say enough about our team and building process…

“We started moving in right after closing yesterday and there are a few things I need to let you know.  After spending our first night here, the house is amazing.  Shell is thrilled.  You and your team have been wonderful to work with.  I am looking at Bill’s shelves as I type this.  They will always be special to us too.  BTW, I think you know this, but he is incredibly good.  He is the epitome of professionalism and class.  While his work is impeccable, the way he treats people and interacts with customers is truly special.  And it is all real, not a business show.  Shell and I are going to do something special for him and his bride.  Not sure what that is yet, but he had a tough customer in Shell and no-one could have managed this build better.  She gets way into the details.  Finally, I appreciate how you managed the concern around caulk before closing.  Providing the professional “caulker” will clearly address any concerns.  We are raving fans of IQ.  You have a great business and more importantly great people (Ben is a rockstar also!).  Our “Likelihood to Recommend” score for IQ is an 11 on the 1-10 scale.
